Autoimmune diseases are complex and increasingly widespread. The author is sharing her personal experience and evolution from being labeled by the medical community as a chronic complainer, and for that having to experiment with hard medication that didn’t work, to studying , observing and learning how to make simple changes in diet, sleeping, and managing stress that stoped the vicious circle of sufferance and lead to wellbeing.
